2023 DUES STATEMENT

We wanted to take a moment to express our gratitude to all those who have been faithfully contributing to the homeowners association dues. Your support plays a crucial role in maintaining the beauty and functionality of the Cheyenne Ridge community.

We would like to remind everyone of the importance of these dues in ensuring the smooth operation of our neighborhood. The funds collected through these dues are vital for covering our yearly expenses, such as mowing, water used at north entry, electric at entries, sprinkler repair, tree trimming and removal, flowers, Easter Egg Hunt, block parties, etc.

Cheyenne Ridge is home to 271 families, and we appreciate the 63 families who have already paid their dues. So far, we have received a total of $5,025, however, to meet our financial obligations, we require $7,400. As it stands, we find ourselves short by $2,375 to effectively cover our neighborhood expenses.

If you did not receive your statement recently in the mail, you may download a PDF below, visit our website, or contact us and we will hand deliver a statement. We accept checks, cash, and payments through the CashApp (details below). DOWNLOAD PDFEncourage your neighbors to support Cheyenne Ridge!

A Sign Committee will soon convene a meeting to initiate the process of designing and building the West Entry Sign with the funds raised thus far.
